We operate a revenue-sharing model where pharmacies earn a percentage of the monthly subscription fees and accessory sales.
The commission rate is fixed, regardless of the number of rentals per month. This ensures transparency and consistent earnings for pharmacies.
Payments are processed monthly. At the end of each month, we send pharmacies a detailed report of rentals and sales, and your revenue share is transferred directly. Net 30 payment terms apply for all transactions.
Yes, a simple partnership agreement is required. However, there is no commitment to a minimum number of pumps. We work flexibly based on the needs of your pharmacy.
Absolutely! We provide marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and social media templates to help you promote Lileo in-store and online. Pharmacies that actively promote Lileo see greater financial benefits and customer engagement.
Yes, offering Lileo helps differentiate your pharmacy by providing moms with a high-quality, Belgian-designed breast pump rental option with excellent margins. Lileo is also prominently featured on our website map, helping moms locate your pharmacy faster.
We supply pumps based on demand. For example, if you expect 5 rentals per month, we will initially provide 2 pumps and monitor the demand. If you run out, we’ll deliver additional pumps within 24 hours to ensure you can meet customer needs.
If your pharmacy runs out of pumps, simply notify us, and we will deliver additional pumps within 24 hours to avoid delays for the mom.
No, Lileo handles all inspections and cleaning. After a pump is returned, it is sent to our Brussels workshop, where it is disinfected, inspected, and tested before being re-rented.
If a pump is returned damaged or missing parts, Lileo will handle the repairs or replacements within 48 hours, free of charge, unless the damage was caused by the pharmacy.
We provide a monthly report via email detailing all rentals, subscriptions, and returns. This makes it easy to track your pumps and monitor performance.
Moms should contact Lileo directly for any issues with their pump. Our customer support team will handle troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements within 48 hours.
Lileo handles all technical support and training. We provide a one-pager with simple instructions for your pharmacy staff to share with moms when they pick up their pump.
If a mom cancels her subscription, you will receive a notification in your monthly report. Your revenue share will stop after her final paid month.
When moms pick up their pump, simply:
- Confirm their subscription by checking their QR code.
- Provide them with the one-pager for instructions on using the pump.
