We can deliver additional pumps within 24 hours if they are in stock or within 1 month maximum if new units need to be prepared. If you anticipate a peak in usage, we can work with you to ensure pumps are available ahead of time to meet demand.

There are no adjustment fees for changing the number of pumps. Based on your needs, your pricing tier will be adjusted accordingly. For contract cancellations, there is a notice period or a pro-rata cancellation fee.
Not at all. The Lileo pump is designed for safe shared use. The pump’s external surfaces should be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent, similar to cleaning a desk. However, all accessories and cups that come in contact with milk are personal and must not be shared. Employees follow detailed cleaning instructions provided in the onboarding kit or user manual.
