Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy explains how you can manage or cancel your rental subscription for the Lileo breast pump.

Lileo Breast Pump Rental Subscriptions

When you rent a Lileo breast pump, you agree to a subscription-based rental service, where you are charged periodically for the continued use of the pump.

• Auto-Renewal: Your rental subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. Charges will continue until you cancel the subscription and return the pump.
• Cancellation:
  • You may cancel your rental subscription at any time by notifying us via email or through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
  • Following cancellation, you must return the breast pump to us promptly and in good condition as per our return instructions. Charges will stop once we receive the pump in acceptable condition.
• Refunds: Fees already paid for the ongoing billing period are non-refundable, even if the pump is returned before the period ends. For malfunctions or damages, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Other Terms

By continuing with the subscription, you agree to the terms laid out in our Terms of Service, including your responsibility to return the breast pump and any applicable charges in the event of loss or damage.
