Er zijn in elke Zorgwinkel standaard enkele Lileo-borstkolven beschikbaar. Wil je er één komen ophalen en meteen een woordje uitleg krijgen? Dat kan. Contacteer ons voordat je langskomt om te checken of er een kolf op voorraad is. Let wel: de servicekost omvat méér dan enkel de levering, die vervalt dus niet als je de pomp komt ophalen.

Je huurt de Lileo-borstpomp voor 1 maand of langer. Als je de pomp bestelt, betaal je meteen voor de eerste maand huur plus de servicekost. Vanaf maand 2 betaal je een dagtarief voor de huur via een maandelijkse factuur of domiciliëring.

Via je account op helanzorgwinkel.be vraag je heel eenvoudig de ophaling van je borstkolf aan. Let wel: als je ook een abonnement op de borstvoedingsgids van Helan en Lileo hebt en ditwil stopzetten, moet je dit apart opzeggen. Het wordt dus niet automatisch stopgezet omdat je de kolf terugstuurt.

Returning your pump is easy.

1. Download and print the return label we will send you (postage already paid)
2. Place the pump and the charger back in the box in which you received your Lileo
3. Make sure the box is properly closed with suitable tape
4. Stick the return label onto the box using tape
5. You can then drop off the parcel at any post pickup point

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp (+32 470 35 36 69).

Your rental will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged further once you return the pump.

To update your billing information, log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'Billing' section. From there, you can securely update your payment details.
